Rubber
Insert Ejection
Low
cost method of keeping slugs from building up
in tooling, which avoids blade damage caused by
"clogged" cavities. The press operator
easily replaces rubber ejectors "on-site".
Used when lower press speeds and cost are dictated
by the job. Rubber ejectors are used in small
cavities where air ejection is not possible.
Advantages
of Rubber Ejection
•
Low cost
• No press modification required
• Easy replacement
• Quiet
