Multi-Level Cutting

When high tolerance die cut to die cut registration requirements make multiple tool converting impossible, multi-level cutting is a must. Midway Engravers has manufactured tooling that cuts to 5 different levels simultaneously! Even connected blades can be manufactured to cut at different levels.

Concentric circle designs that require the center hole cut to precise location, coupled with one of our many ejection systems, can precisely manufacture "donuts" on a continuous web using only one tool. This reduces tooling cost, set up time, scrap and registration problems.
