Air Eject & Pulse Air™ Ejection Systems

Air eject is a low-cost method of small scrap or slug removal where the number and volume of pieces to be removed is low. Hooked to a rotary coupling, conventional air ejection removes slugs from most metal-to-metal applications. The low cost makes air eject the most convenient method of slug removal of most materials.

Pulse Air™ offers the most effective air eject system using intermittent blasts of air for each cavity as the tool rotates. This system utilizes a special air adaptor to create the pulse air. Pulse Air™ requires no press modification.
