Adjustable Wheel Cutting Systems

Adjustable or movable wheel cutting systems offer wide versatility in die cutting. Used for edge trimming, adding additional lineal scoring, computer line hole punching and a broad range of shape cutting where the product comes with or without internal windows.

When used for computer line hole punching, the wheels are designed with and without edge trimming. The addition of edge trim blade insures that hole position relative to the edge of the web is guaranteed.

Adjustable tooling allows the addition of registration marks, LED trigger holes, hanger holes for blister cards or other additional die cuts to be used with existing tooling.
