CNC Machining & Grinding

Our seasoned craftsmen utilize state-of-the-art CNC machining & grinding equipment so that the finished product meets or exceeds your expectations for quality and longevity.  Variables like blade angle, sharpness, rout depth, and hardness are specified to achieve optimum results for your own unique application.

In-House Heat Treating

Our multi-stage heat treat processes are conducted on site, allowing us to maintain complete control over the die hardening process.  Keeping these processes in-house means we don’t depend on outside sources when scheduling delivery of your finished die.  It’s just one more way we’ve streamlined our process while maintaining exceptional quality.

Midway dies are fully hardened (through-hardened), rather than case hardened (surface-hardened).  This means your die will hold up to the toughest standards of durability.
